Banff 2026
Susie, my brother Ted, his girlfriend Sheila and I are going to ride motorcycles in Glacier US National Park, and Waterton, Banff, Yoho and Jasper Canadian national parks.
I plan on leaving Gainesville Tuesday, May 19, 2026 riding our 2018 BMW R1200 GS north to Rapid City, SD. Sooz will fly to Rapid City on Sunday, May 24 where we will meet and spend 3 nights. We will ride around for a few days seeing the sights. Ted and Sheila are flying to Calgary, Alberta June 1 where they will pick up a BMW 1250 GS and start riding south to meet me and Sooz in Glacier National Park on Tuesday, June 2. We will then start riding north to the Canadian parks. Ted and Sheila will return their motorcycle in Calgary and fly back to Florida Tuesday, June 16.
The plan is for Sooz and me to ride 2-up back to Gainesville starting Wednesday, June 17 after visiting Abigail Barth and her partner Steph in Calgary.
